Tullamore Golf Club is an 18-hole championship parkland golf course located at Brookfield, just on the outskirts of the thriving town of Tullamore and off the N 52. 

The course was rated as 21st in the Top 100 golf Courses in Ireland in the 2019 Irish Golfer Magazine. It was also awarded the 2019 Best Parkland Course in the Hidden Heartlands of Ireland by Golfers Guide to Ireland. It is consistently rated among the top 30 parkland courses in Ireland. It is a course that has easy walking terrain and is enjoyed by members and visitors alike. 

The course is situated only 10km from the M6 and an hour from Dublin and just over an hour from Galway and nearby is the home of the renowned Irish Whiskey,  Tullamore Dew

The James Braid designed course has been situated at Brookfield since 1926 and was upgraded in 1996 by the highly regarded golf-course architect, Patrick Merrigan.  See our Course Description for more details on the course.

Tullamore has been selected by the two National Unions, the Golfing Union of Ireland (GUI) and the Irish Ladies Golfing Union (ILGU) as well as the Professional Golfers Association (PGA) to host many major competitions over the years and it is a testament to the quality and challenge of the course that is still sought as a host for major competitions. Many visitors and societies return regularly to play our course
